APPLICATION
Machine aimed to the mechanical separation multi-sieve of different particle sizes of the same bulk material, through probabilistic screening. It can operate with different kind of nonferrous minerals (clay, shale, bentonite, gypsum, sepiolite, magnesite, phosphate, soft limestone, marble, coke, talc, kaolin, rubble, cereals, glass, etc.).
This type of separator allows the separation from one to six different sizes, the concept of probabilistic screening consists on choosing different mesh sizes, frequency (screening speed), amplitude (constant k of the spring), sieves tilting, position of the roll center of the frame and vibration angle for getting that the pass probability of the particle in the sieve could be maximum and there could be the minimum rebounds as possible, reducing the length, electrical consumption and sieves wear.
The vibrating screen can operate with dry and/or wet materials in function of the application. Depending on the model, the entry size must be between 0-150 mm of apparent diameter, the exit size can arrive to 350µm.
OPERATION
The mixed material (big and small particles) falls by the feeding chute where is distributed around the width of the first sieve. The separation is made in vertical direction between the different sieves due to the gravity and the vibrator integrated in the frame of the vibrating screen avoiding the obstacle which supposes the big particles against the small particles. The sieves have to be stressed to accelerate the particles which provide a mechanical system. The different grain sizes are evacuated by different paths.

- Vibration system through eccentric shaft, it distributes the vibration along the width, distributing the loads in the frame.
- Self-supporting frame of only one piece of high stiffness, thermally stabilized.
- Production per volume unit is 8 times higher according to the conventional vibrating screens.
